Whether you're cooking for Meatless Monday and want to keep the meal strictly vegan, or you're more of a carnivore and add in some meaty protein of your choice, this smart dinner plan works either way. Plus, it's non-GMO, gluten free, soy free, peanut free, and contains no MSG and no preservatives.
With this low sodium, Whole30 Approved sauce, you can use hearts of palm "rice" to ensure the meal stays a paleo and Whole30 friendly recipe. Making it a winning diet friendly dinner!
Directions:
Chop your choice of organic vegetables.
Sauté in a pan with avocado or olive oil.
Cook rice (or riced hearts of palm) according to package directions. (We used non-GMO Ralston Jasmine Rice here.)
When the veggies have softened, pour the desired amount of Yai's Thai Almond Sauce in the pan and stir to thoroughly coat the veggies. (We used about half the bottle here for two servings.)
Sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt if desired and/or fresh Thai basil leaves.
Time to plate. Dinner is served!
Better than takeout food, this easy Thai meal can be customized every time you make it to use in season produce and your favorite fresh veggie choices.

Just ordered another bottle of this delicious almond sauce last night. Thanks for the meal inspo – just more proof that eating clean does not have to be difficult. What could be easier than this!?!
We LOVE this peanut free almond sauce! Typically we use it as a spring roll or egg roll dipping sauce but after seeing this recipe in the newsletter you mailed us we tried the stir fry and the whole family loved it! Definitely making this again and no doubt mixing up our veggie choices every time for variety. 😋
