Why is it that lunches can feel like the hardest meal to decide on? Maybe that’s just us, but a healthy mid-day meal is what provides nutritional power to get through the rest of the day’s activities. It helps balance blood sugar levels and gives the brain fuel to navigate whatever you need to accomplish (whether you’re folding laundry, planting herbs, sorting spreadsheet data, returning emails, or building a hen house for raising chickens). A good lunch does a body good.
Here’s four easy healthy lunch bowls we love! Our friend Christy, created these delicious recipes and made us smile serving them in our Farmhouse Mediterranean Style Ceramic Bowls. 😊 She makes a lot of gorgeous recipes and is enjoying a farmstead lifestyle with a focus on “farm to table” goodness. You can check out her inspiring feed here at The Styled Porch.
