Shipping policy

We ship our products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. The typical handling time for orders is 5-15 business days. Shipping will take an estimated 5-10 business days to arrive.

Canceling orders prior to 15 business days will incur a restocking fee of 25%. All taxes, import fees, or duties are the buyer's responsibility.

We charge based on the packed weight of the items in the order.

  • 4-5.99lb ships for $13.99
  • 6-9.99lb ships for $16.99
  • 10-11.99lb ships for $19.99
  • 12-14.99lb ships for $24.99
  • 15-19.99lb ships for $29.99
  • 20-29.99lb ships for $34.99
  • 30-39.99lb ships for $39.99

Once items have shipped you will be provided with the tracking number and orders can not be canceled. All items are sent via ground using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local carrier. It is not uncommon for items to ship separately and you will be provided with separate tracking numbers for each package.

eGift Cards will not be physically mailed and are only available in electronic format sent to the purchaser's email used upon checkout.

International Shipping
Please inquire using our Contact Us form for orders placed outside the United States to get our rates and policy details. We currently support orders to Germany, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom using the same weight rates for the United States. International shipping carriers that we use will vary based on availability. All duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders or unclaimed and returned packages.

Package Delayed In-Transit
Carriers have been reporting larger than usual shipping volume causing delays to some shipments. Please rest assured we make every effort to have your order arrive timely, but can not guarantee the date of delivery. If a package is delayed by UPS, FedEx, or USPS we will attempt to contact the carrier to ensure it is delivered, but can not provide any compensation for late deliveries.

Returns & Refunds Summary
We accept returns and process refunds for USA orders. To qualify for a return, please ensure the product package is unopened and undamaged. Please use the Contact Us form and explain why you'd like to return the item. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval are not eligible for a refund.

Deliveries that are refused, rejected, and returned will not be available for refunds. Any deliveries that are rejected due to insufficient address, incorrect address, or any other issues with an undeliverable address are non-refundable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss/recovery of the package or for issuing a refund/replacement.

For refunds, please use the Contact Us form and explain in detail what happened. We will request photographic proof of the damage or problem. We can not cover return shipping costs and this will be your responsibility. All refunds must go to the original form of payment and will not include original shipping costs.
