Yes, definitely DO eat it right out of the jar!

I have to admit, I was rather unsure about eating this right out of the jar. Fine with the idea of baking with it, but spoonfuls right out of the jar?…not so sure. In spite of reservation, I dug my spoon in and took a bite…WOW!!! Then another bite, and another. Coconut butter is INCREDIBLE!!! So smooth and tropical tasting. I love it!
