A staple food for centuries around the world, cassava—also known as yuca root—is a whole food you can feel great about. With the taste and texture of wheat flour, Otto's Naturals cassava flour stands out from the crowd as a grain free, gluten free choice!
From paleo, Whole 30, and all sorts of plant based diets to AIP (auto immune protocol) and low FODMAP lifestyles, pure cassava flour is a game changer. Otto's harvests their non-GMO Brazilian yuca at the perfect stage—when the fiber to starch ratio best mimics that of typical flour—that way your baked goods can too! Different from tapioca (though derived from the same type plant), this nutritious wheat flour alternative is made by drying and grinding the whole root vegetable, not just extracted starch. The results? No musty fermented taste or smell. Just mild flavor with a light texture.
Everyone can enjoy this lectin free flour without worries, thanks to its being made in a dedicated top eight allergen free facility. It's not just gluten free and grain free, but this premium cassava flour is nut free, dairy free, soy free, and egg free too. It's also autism approved by the Autism Hope Alliance. Excellent for baking gluten free breads, cooking up crepes, soft gluten free tortillas, homemade pizza, and so much more—you can create grain free versions of all your family's favorites with this healthy wheat flour substitute, pure cassava flour!

Best cassava flour I’ve had!
I really like that this is 1 ingredient but not as course & rough as coconnut flour..much better. Will buy again
My first experience using cassava flour but I have no complaints. Easy enough to work with and a pleasant taste.
Great flour but I did find it needed more liquid than most recipes called for. Just a heads up
I like that this is a fine cassava flour without the typical course texture.
