Farming for over 10 generations, Ralston Family Farms puts great care into growing, harvesting, and milling artisanal rice varieties. Their rice fields are flooded with renewable surface water provided by the Arkansas River—growing in a sustainable and ecologically friendly way.

Ralston Family Farms has designed an eco-friendly, 100% recyclable, biodegradable paper carton with an easy to pour spout. It's no mess and no hassle, easy to open and easy to close—preventing waste from spillage.

Rice is a staple food—enjoyed as the main dish or used as a side dish to compliment many satisfying meals. Non-GMO and naturally gluten free, this lightly milled whole grain is full of nutrition and named for its beautiful golden color. Golden light brown rice has a nutty texture and shorter cooking time than traditional brown rice, making it the perfect combination of healthy and convenient.

We enjoy it throughout the week.

I was just reading how good brown rice is for thyroid health. So many people are all about going “grain free diet” but there’s plenty of healthy ways to enjoy good grains and even boost health (like thyroid) by what you’re eating.
