Organic coffee beans are roasted in vintage roasters with a novel drum design—allowing for better airflow and reducing risk of over-roasting. By controlling the natural chemical reactions taking place in the bean at different times during the roast, Barrie House can change or determine the flavor notes in the final cup, with no artificial flavors!
